Obituary for William Grenville Snoddon
In Loving Memory of William Grenville “Bill” Snoddon
Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Monday, May 14, 2018, at the age of 90.
Beloved husband of Mary (nee Munro) and the late Lillian (nee Russell). Dear father of Linda Junkin (Norm), Gail Embury (deceased) (Barry-deceased), Brian Snoddon (Linda), Larry Snoddon (Beverly), Glen Munro (Crystal), Douglas Munro (Marlene-deceased 2012) (Aileen), John Munro (Carroll Ann). Loving grandpa of 23 grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren, predeceased by great grandson Ryan Paquette and grandchildren Tia Munro and Xavier Munro. Fondly remembered by family and friends.
It was Bill’s wish for cremation. A Graveside Service will be held at the Verulam Cemetery, Bobcaygeon on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00 am. A Reception to follow at the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 441, Kinmount from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm.
Memorial Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.
