In Loving Memory of Lenore Wilda Prentice (nee Trumbull)

Born on November 3rd, 1928 – Died February 23rd, 2018 at the Hyland Crest Senior Citizens Home, Minden surrounded by her loving family and the caring, compassionate staff at Hyland Crest.

Cherished wife of Bill Prentice for 69 years. Dear mother (and mother-in-law) of Bonnie-Lee Berry (Stephen), Paul Prentice (Patti), Bev Kinsman (Rick), and Tammy McKelvey (Shayne). Loving grandmother (Grandma ‘Nor) to nine precious grandchildren: Cameron Berry (Joanne), Tanya Boisvert (Mike), Jessica Higgins (Joshua), Simon Milestone (Kim), Brittany Miethner (Erik), Rich Kinsman (Kim), Andy Kinsman (Tiffany), Chelsea Carpenter (Dylan), Justin McKelvey, great grandmother and G.G. to fourteen cherished great grandchildren, All her “Little Puddins”. She is predeceased by the 13 siblings of her Trumbull family. Lenore was a deeply loved wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, special aunt and dear friend to so many people in her community. Family and friends were her life’s work.

Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, K0M 2K0 on Tuesday from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm and on Wednesday, February 28, 2018 from 10:00 am until the time of the Service to Celebrate Lenore’s Life at 11:00 am. Reception to follow in the Monk-Cray Family Centre at the funeral home. Spring Interment at Minden Cemetery.

Donations in Lenore’s memory to the Archie Stouffer Elementary School Breakfast Club where she served as a volunteer for 14 years feeding her “little puddins” or to the Hyland Crest Residents Council would be appreciated.
