In Loving Memory of Doreen “Rene” Parniak (nee McCormick)
Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Sunday, June 4, 2017 with her sister Bev and husband Ron Thorton at her side. At the age of 83.
Beloved wife of the late Bruno. Dear mother of Debra Vineberg, and Dan and his wife Lorie. Loving Baba of Sarah, Raymond, Jamie and great Baba of Sara and Ashley. Dear sister of Claude (Shirley), Doug (Germaine) and Bev (Ron). Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A Celebration of Rene’s Life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial Donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation (HHHSF) would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.
A special thank you to Dr. Conway, Dr. Armstrong, the Haliburton Hospital and there nursing staff, also to the Stanhope Fire Department.
