Arthur “Art” Oliver Sutton
Passed away peacefully at the Chartwell James Street Retirement Residence in Bracebridge on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at the age of 89.
Beloved husband of the late Rosalie Muriel (nee Walters) (2000). Loving father of Norma (Mike) Clewlow, Betty (Jim) Jackson, and Bob (Cathy). Loving grandfather of Carmen (Dan), James (Kimberly), Sharon (Jason), Bryan (Tammy), Daniel (Janet), Roberta (Josh), Caleb, Cira, Remi, Rhea (deceased) and great grandfather of 16 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters, Marjorie, Nellie, Mary, Jim, Bill, Mable and Howard. Lovingly remembered by his family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 11:00 am until the time of the Service to Celebrate Arthur’s Life in the chapel at 1:00 pm. Cremation to follow. Reception will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion #636, 12847 Hwy. #35 N., Minden, Ontario.
Memorial Donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation (HHHSF) would be appreciated by the family.
