We met the Reverend Tim Sharpe at St. Cyprian's Anglican Church in Toronto in the late 1990s. We also knew him and his family through Marriage Encounters during the same time period. He was a gracious and warm man who shared his knowledge and wisdom with others. We were not aware of his death until January 5, 2021 as we left Toronto almost 20 years ago and lost touch with Tim and his wonderful family.

Mr Sharpe and his wife lived down the hill from where my bf and I live from 2007 to 2009. My bf passed away in a motor vehicle accident and I moved a few months later. One time I was driving down the toad and my little car flipped right by the Sharpes house and they were oh so sweet. They even let us use their property which was behind our home. Sorry to hear of his passing as he was such a kind soul.

Oh Tim, a warm, kind, funny, helpful guy. Always a smile and a twinkle in his eye. There is a special place in my heart for both Tim and Betty. I remember being at church, and hearing a gentle voice singing behind me.....made me smile. Rigging up a special water hose at their house for me to fill up a jug for drinking water when we were staying near them after the flood. Letting my daughter park in their driveway to catch the high school bus. Always so giving, never questioning.....such a lovely pair. He will be so missed. Betty, anytime, anything! My deepest sympathy to your family.
