Passed away peacefully at the Westshore Residence, Port Perry on Friday, October 25, 2019, at the age of 94.
Beloved husband of the late Shirley (nee Milligan). Dear father of Judith and her husband Bill Peters, Jennifer and her husband Brian Gardiner, Gary and his wife Patty Hogg. Loving grandpa to Laura (David), Erica (Peter), Sandra (Mike), Jesse, Jaimie-Lea and great grandpa to Owen, Ciara, Jagger, Danika and Stevie-Lea. Dear brother of Alice, Audrey (James Smith – deceased), Oral (Joyce), Raymond (Eileen – deceased) and predeceased by Murray, Madeline, Russell, Pearl, infant Laverne and Oliver Laverne. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 12:00 o’clock noon until the time of the Service to Celebrate Wilfred’s Life at 1:00 pm. Interment at Ingoldsby Pioneer Cemetery. Reception to follow at the Ingoldsby United Church (downstairs).
