Passed away at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Friday, August 30, 2019, at the age of 95.
Beloved wife of the late John. Dear mother of Peter (Darlene) of Belleville, Alison of Minden and predeceased by Chris. Loving grandmother of Alannah and J.D. Fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Mildred (Keith-deceased); nieces Pat Thomson, Kathy Sweeney (Hill), Frances Mens and nephews Steve Hill, Jon Hill, Scott Harrison, Terry Harrison, Sean Harrison, Fred Mens, Neil Mens and Lawrence Mens.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 pm. A Service to Celebrate Shirley’s Life will be held on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow in the Monk-Cray Family Centre at the funeral home. Interment at Ingoldsby Pioneer Cemetery.
