Passed away peacefully at Extendicare on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. In her 93rd year.
Predeceased by her husband’s Irie Barry (1984), Clifford Saulnier Sr. (2009), and brothers and sisters, Elmer, Mary, Mervin, Lloyd, Keith, Jack, Carl, and Leitha. Fondly remembered by her brother Jim (Eleanor) Harrison. Beloved mother of Mervin (Shirley) Barry. Loving grandmother of Stephanie (Richard), Steve (Jess), Tracy (Larry), Chris (Kelly), Jason (Denice). Great grandmother of Ashlie, Amber, Emma, Cory, Dwayne, Mike, Jaimie, Kendall, Kiefer, Casey and Hunter. Cherished great-great grandmother of seven. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
A Private Mass to Celebrate Ruth’s Life will be held at the Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, 7 Bobcaygeon Rd; Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0 on Thursday, August 5, 2021 at 1:00pm. Interment to follow at Maple Lake United Church Cemetery. Cremation has taken place. Please Note # Due to COVID-19 Restrictions, a limited amount of visitors will be allowed in the church for the visitation and service with social distancing, face coverings, lists for the names and phone numbers of attendees are required for contact tracing.
