Pete was a dear friend and neighbour for many years, shared fun times together. When he moved away from Buckslide I missed seeing him out and about. Pete I wish you peace. Love Sheila Robb

It's hard to believe you are gone Grampy. You were the strongest man Ive ever known. I have so many wonderful memories of you through childhood and adulthood. Thank you for always being a rock for me. I knew I could come to you for anything. Weve laughed together and have cried together. It will never be easy with you gone but I find peace and comfort knowing that you have finally found your way back to Nana. I know you have missed her dearly every day. Sadly we did not get to our Jello shots (inside joke for him and I) but Im still holding out for that dance when we meet again. Enjoy being in peace. Thank you for being such an amazing caring grandfather. Love you Always and forever Grampy xoxoxo your Jenny

I am so very sorry for you loss. I have fond memories of snowmobile rides & snuggling with the dogs in front of the fire when we visited as kids so many years ago. Sending condolences & love.

To all my Heibert cousins: We are so very sorry to hear of the loss of Uncle Pete. Pete and Mona took me in as a family member when I went to school in Toronto in 1959, and other times when I landed in Toronto. It always felt as though I had a home to go to. Rest in Peace Aunt Mona and Uncle Pete. You will live forever in my memory.
