Condolence From: Laurie-Lee Steels
Condolence: My deepest sympathy to family and friends. Aunt Mary will always be a part of my childhood memories. I remember her in the kitchen making sandwiches for everyone and at the water letting us swim off the dock. She would always make time to watch us swim. I also hear her laugh and her voice. She saw the humour in situations and in the telling of the story would take time to laugh at the irony or absurdity of the situation. Even as Aunt Mary loss some of her mental abilities, she still had memories of people from her past.. The last time she saw me, she said "You look just like Laurie, Ferne's daughter"...so she remembered ....remembered the younger version of me...and for that I was grateful...because I remember a younger version of her too. Rest easy Aunt Mary.

Condolence From: Pennay Hewitt
Condolence: Dear Linda, Judy , Craig & families,

I am so sorry to hear about Mary, she was a wonderful neighbor, cousin & friend, I cherish the years I had living beside her on the lake & the letters and cards after we moved away. We had many cups of tea together, and always in a tea cup. Keep your memories close to your heart and I hope they help get you through the difficult days ahead,
Love & hugs,
Pennay & family.
