Passed away peacefully at Hyland Crest, Minden with her family by her side on Sunday, January 8, 2023, at the age of 87.
Predeceased by her husband Don and by her grandchildren Christopher Bowman and Nigel White. Survived by her children Beth Hicks, Lynn White, Debra Graham, Jim (Linda) Hicks, Jane (Steve) Bowman, Ian (Tracie) Hicks; by her grandchildren Amanda, Melissa (Frank), Erica, Jennifer (Kelly), Joe, Rachael, Mitchell (Samantha), Sabrina (Tyler), Emily (Ryan), Luke, Clare; by her great grandchildren Farrah, Tom, Alexander, William, Benjamin, Brycen, Holley and by her sister Patricia Burchell.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0, on Saturday, January 14, 2023 from 11:00am until the time of Memorial Service to celebrate Lorna’s Life at 1:00pm. Reception to follow in the Monk-Cray Family Centre at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial Donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation (HHHSF) would be appreciated by the family.
