Obituary

In Loving Memory of Jack Frederick Neville

Passed away peacefully at Extendicare, Haliburton on Wednesday, December 9, 2020. In his 85th year.

Beloved husband of the late Jean (nee Sproat). Dear father of Peter, Corrine and her husband Ken. Loving Grampa of Jeremy and Danielle (Ryan). Dear son of the late Gord and Polly (nee Parish). Brother of Harry and predeceased by Lew. Fondly remembered by family and friends.

Jack was a long time employee with the bus lines in Haliburton. He will be remembered for his talent for music and the many years he would play at family gatherings, nursing homes and wedding dances. Jack always had a warm smile, a great sense of humour and was always dedicated to always helping others.

A Private Family Graveside Service will be held in the spring at the Evergreen Cemetery, Haliburton.

Memorial Donations to the Haliburton Highlands Health Services Foundation (HHHSF) would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.

Corrine & Peter, we have many great memories of your family. Your Dad was always teasing me - each time we visited he'd pointedly say, "Kay I see you haven't lost any weight" :). We always enjoyed Jack's piano and accordion playing - at your home and once at our home in Bowmanville. So sad that both our friends, your Mom and Dad, are gone but can imagine Jean "trying" to keeping close track of your Dad in Heaven. Our thoughts are with you both. Kay and George
