Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Saturday, December 10th, 2022, at the age of 88.
Loving husband of Mary (nee Mills) for 65 years. Dear father of Michael (deceased), Jackie (Joe-deceased), Donald (deceased), James (Loretta), Jeannette (Sheldon), Philip (Verna-May) and Cathy (John). Loving grandpa to many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Brother-in-law to David and Betty Mills.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Friday, December 16th, 2022 from 11:00 am until the time of the Lions Club Service at 1:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service to Celebrate Jack’s Life. Reception to follow at the Minden and District Lions Hall, 166 Bobcaygeon Rd., Minden. Cremation has taken place.
Memorial Donations to the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides or to the Diabetes Canada for Juvenile Diabetes Research of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
