Passed away peacefully at the Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at the age of 82.
Beloved wife of the late Arnold. Dear mother of Gwen and A.J. Hewitt, Alan (predeceased-1973), Scott and Jean, Ken (predeceased-2018), Sherry and Ron Coe, Marilyn and Rick Denyer. Loving grammie to Lisa (Mike), Greg (Carrie), Steven, Walker, Liana, Alyssa, Julie, Cathy, Joanna, Leanne, and great grammie to Michaela, Taryn and Kiera. Predeceased by her brother Glen Porter. Fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Friends are invited to visit the family at the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., 127 Bobcaygeon Rd., P.O. Box 427, Minden K0M 2K0 on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 11:00 am until the time of the Service to Celebrate Gladys’ Life at 1:00 pm. Reception to follow in the Monk-Cray Family Centre at the funeral home. Cremation has taken place.
