In Loving Memory of E. Jeanette “Jan” Hie
Passed away suddenly at her home in Minden on Wednesday, May 6, 2020, at the age of 49.
Predeceased by her parents Glenn and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (nee Hunter) Hie. Survived by her daughter Christa Jade Fisher, by her sister Elizabeth Joy Hie, by her brothers Brett (Shauna) Hie, Nathan (Corinne) Hie, Glenn “Buck” Hie, and aunt of Justin (Jennifer), Jasmine, Tanner, Savannah, Cassandra, Meghan, Ryan and great aunt of Alexis and Jake.
Jan will be missed dearly by all of her family and friends. We want everyone to remember what a huge heart that she had, how much she was willing to help you, even if it meant her going without. Her beautiful, bright smile brought happiness to all who were lucky enough to have known her.

God looked around his garden and He found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this earth and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest,
God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering, He knew you were in pain,
He knew that you would never get well on earth again.
He saw that the road was getting rough and the hills are hard to climb.
So he closed your weary eyelids and whispered “peace be thine”
It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone,
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
