Passed away peacefully at Belleville General Hospital on Sunday, May 26, 2019. At the age of 77.
Beloved husband of Leona Martin (nee Cain) for over 50 years. Dear father of Leanne (Chris), Shawn (Jean), Walter (Carol), Suellen (Darren). Loving grandpa of Daniel, Veronica, Cynthia, Emerald, Deven, Cole, Becky, and great grandfather of Damien and Rose. Dear brother of Mary Jane, John, Connie and Beryl (Bob). Special dad to Pat (Fred) and special grandpa to Amy (Darryl), Robyn and Matt.
A Celebration Of Ed’s life will be held at his home, 27379 Hwy 62, S, Bancroft, Ontario K0L 1C0 on Saturday, June 29, 2019 beginning at 12:00 noon with a toast to Ed’s Life at 4:00 pm. Party on.
Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
Memorial Donations to the Epilepsy Foundation would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.
